Course Content:

This course comprises four core practices: authentic Wudang Baduanjin, Twelve-Section Brocade, health-preserving Zhan Zhuang, and Five-Element Daoyin. It covers posture alignment, breathing exercises (Tu Na), meridian unblocking, organ regulation, and internal qi cultivation, forming a complete training system that progresses step by step from absolute beginner to advanced level.

The practices combine dynamic Daoyin movements with static standing (Zhan Zhuang) cultivation. They circulate qi and blood throughout the body, harmonize the yin and yang of the five internal organs, improve sub-health conditions, and strengthen your essence, qi and spirit. Whether you are a complete wellness beginner or have practiced Daoyin for years, this course is perfectly suited for you.
