我的使命是藉由現代數位技術，將這份古老的東方智慧與現代修身需求相結合，為全球愛好者構建一個專業、清淨且具備溫度的習練環境。

第二部分：用户账户与资格

• 修習資格： 歡迎所有年齡段的朋友。如果您未滿 18 歲，請在父母或監護人的監督下與我一同開啟這段旅程。
• 帳戶安全： 為了維護教學品質與公平性，您的帳戶僅限本人使用。嚴禁帳號共享、未經授權的錄影或分發內容，讓我們共同尊重這份原創心血。

第三部分：在線課程內容政策

• 本政策適用於本空間提供的所有數位課程（包括個人原創及精選合作導師課程）：
• 充分了解，再行加入： 為了保障您的知情權，大部分課程均提供免費試聽片段或詳細教學大綱。
• 先試後買： 我強烈建議您在購買前充分利用試聽功能，確保我的教學風格、語速及內容符合您的預期。
• 交付與權限： 在線課程屬於數位虛擬商品。一旦支付完成並獲得觀看權限，即視為完成交付。基於數位產品的可複製性與不可逆性，一律不接受退款申請。

第四部分：實體商品：美學與傳承政策

• 涵蓋服裝、首飾、茶具、茶葉及手工藝術品等：
• 14天鑑賞期： 除特殊商品外，實物商品可在收到後 14 天內申請退貨。商品須保持原狀、未使用且包裝完整。
• 特殊商品說明： 出於衛生與安全考慮，食品類（如茶葉）一經售出，概不退換。定制商品、已拆封的收藏品不予退換。
• 天然與手作痕跡： 珠寶、玉石及手工藝品具有天然紋理與手作溫度，顯示器造成的色差及材質自然特性不屬於質量問題。

第五部分：隱私與數據安全

• 信息收集： 我們僅收集姓名、郵箱及帳單地址以管理您的學習面板。
• 技術保護： 收集 IP 地址與瀏覽器信息僅用於防止欺詐，確保您的帳號安全。
• 信息共享： 為了協助教學，您的學習進度會共享給相關講師。支付通過 Stripe/Airwallex 處理，我們不會存儲您的信用卡號。

This is a space dedicated to the heritage of Tai Chi culture and the exploration of mind-body wisdom. Here, I have transformed years of practice and insights into professional courses, alongside a curated collection of high-quality works from world-class artisans, blending ancient wisdom with the needs of modern self-cultivation.

My goal is to utilize digital technology to build a professional, serene, and warm practice environment for every enthusiast, allowing traditional arts to thrive in modern life.

Section 2: User Account and Conduct

• Eligibility: We welcome practitioners of all ages. If you are under 18, please embark on this journey under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• Account Security: To maintain instructional quality and community fairness, your account is for personal use only. Sharing accounts, unauthorized recording, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited. Let us together respect the heart and soul poured into this original work.

Section 3: Online Courses (Digital Content Policy)

This policy applies to all digital courses provided within this space:

• Informed Decisions: To ensure you are fully informed, most courses provide free trial clips or detailed syllabi.
• Try Before You Buy: I strongly recommend taking full advantage of the trial features to ensure the teaching style, pace, and content meet your expectations before purchasing.
• Delivery and Access: Online courses are digital virtual goods. Once payment is completed and access is granted, delivery is considered finalized. Due to the reproducible and irreversible nature of digital products, we do not accept any refund requests.

Section 4: Physical Goods (Aesthetics and Heritage Policy)

Covering apparel, jewelry, tea sets, tea leaves, and handcrafted art:

• 14-Day Inspection Period: Except for specially designated items, physical goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must remain in their original condition, unused, and in complete packaging.
• Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, food items (such as tea leaves) are non-returnable once sold. Customized items, unsealed collectibles, and clearance items are also non-returnable.
• Natural and Handcrafted Characteristics: Jewelry, jade, and handcrafted arts possess natural textures and traces of manual craftsmanship. Variations in color due to monitor settings and the natural characteristics of materials are not considered quality defects.

Section 5: Privacy and Data Security

• Information Collection: We only collect your name, email, and billing address to manage your learning dashboard.
• Technical Protection: We collect IP addresses and browser information solely to prevent fraud and ensure account security.
• Information Sharing: To facilitate learning, your progress may be shared with the relevant instructors. Payments are processed by professional third-party institutions; we do not store your credit card numbers.
