Chapter Introduction: Advanced learning of Chen Style basic footwork (rubbing step) and Chen Style Tianyan Nine-Form. This course covers Vajra Pound, Lazy Tying of Clothes, Six Sealing and Four Closing, Single Whip, Retreating Step and Dragging, Following Step and Pushing Forward, White Crane Spreads Wings, Cannon at the Head, and the closing posture. Through this chapter, students will master the unique Chen-style Tai Chi techniques of alternating fast and slow power generation, and the combination of softness and hardness in combat and health preservation.
